What we look for
- Field roles: a geology, geophysics, engineering or electronics background, comfort with shift work on remote sites, and a valid driver's licence
- Geoscience roles: petrophysics, structural geology or hydrogeology with log interpretation experience; Python or machine learning is a plus
- Support roles: hands-on electronics or instrumentation skills and the patience to talk a drill crew through a survey at 02:00
- Everyone: attention to calibration and QA, because our reputation rests on data that can be defended
Do you accept speculative applications?
Yes, for field and geoscience roles. Email your CV with "Speculative" and the role type in the subject line and we will keep it on file for the next mobilisation or intake.
What experience does a field technician need?
A technical qualification and practical aptitude matter more than logging experience: we train on our own tool fleet. Prior drilling, survey or geotechnical site work is an advantage.
Where are the roles based?
Geoscience and data roles in Midrand; field roles from Carletonville in South Africa, Tarkwa in Ghana and Kitwe in Zambia, with rotation to sites across Africa; product support in Midrand.
