Before you write
To quote a logging or survey programme we need the project location, number of holes, planned depths and diameters, drilling method, casing details, the questions the data must answer and the dates the rig will be on site.
How quickly will you respond?
Enquiries are answered within one working day. Quotes for standard logging suites usually follow within two to three working days once hole details are confirmed; multi-stream programmes and international mobilisations take a little longer.
What details do you need for a logging or survey quote?
Location, number of holes, depths and diameters, drilling method and hole fluid, casing depth, the parameters or questions you need answered, the required deliverables and the drilling schedule. If you are unsure which streams apply, describe the decision the data has to support and we will scope it.
Do you work outside South Africa?
Yes. Field operations run from South Africa, Ghana and Zambia and crews are mobilised across Africa, with projects extending to the Middle East and Asia. Tell us the site and we will advise on mobilisation and permits.
Can you supply survey tools without a crew?
Yes. Rig alignment, gyro, electronic multishot and core orientation instruments are supplied with training and technical support from our Midrand office, for drill crews to run themselves.
